Atalaya sobre la Medialuna is a first class 4 bedroom boutique apartment with two bathrooms, a private garden, amenities in the building and skyline view of the city and the whole ´Cuenca de Pamplona´ basin from the rooftop.

The maximum capacity is 7 guests and pets are not allowed.

The apartment has prioritized energy efficiency, achieving the highest level of energetic rating (A) and is equiped with various systems that contribute to the efficient use of resources: thermal regulation by rooms, aerothermal heating and cooling with radiant floor, double-flow ventilation with heat recovery and constructive solutions on the façade to reduce the energy demand of the home (large windows to maximize natural light, electric blinds to prevent heat entry in summer, thermal quality of materials, etc.).

An extra wide parking lot on the first basement level belongs to it. To contribute with a sustainable transportation, we offer a charging point for your electric vehicle directly at this parking lot and the building offers a communal bicycle room at ground floor.

This unusual 1st floor apartment has also 50 m² of private garden and a terrace with an innovative glass panel system, that offers the unique ability to fully retract and folds tidily against the side wall, giving you the freedom to fully or partially open the outdoor space as desired and according to the weather.
