Usage Regulations for the Rooftop Pools and Sun Deck

This document is a summary for quick reference purposes and does not complement, replace, or override the printed regulation posted on the wall. All pool users, without exception, must comply with the rules and instructions issued by the Homeowners' Association, the lifeguard, and the personnel responsible for the facilities.

• Opening Hours:
  According to municipal regulations, the swimming pool may only be used while a lifeguard is on duty. Anyone using the pool outside the official opening days and hours, when no lifeguard is present, does so entirely at their own risk.
  For the 2026 season, the lifeguard will be on duty from 13 June to 13 September, between 11:00 and 15:00 and between 17:00 and 19:00.

• Age Restrictions:
  Children under 8 years of age may use the swimming pool only when accompanied by their parents or another responsible adult, who shall be solely responsible for any accidents involving them.

• Access:
  To reach this area, you must first go one level below the apartment (either via the stairs or by pressing the "E" button in the elevator), walk along the long corridor until you reach the other two elevators, and then take one of them to the top floor.
  Access to these facilities is free of charge, but you will need the physical key to activate the elevator button that allows access to the top floor.
  In addition, following problems with unauthorized gatherings, littering, and general misuse of the facilities, the building management has decided to keep a record of who enters the pool area and at what time. For this purpose, they have installed a device on the door leading to the outdoor area, which unlocks the door remotely through a dedicated application.
  Since this application is also used for other building services and accounting-related functions, it is not possible for me to simply share my credentials. Therefore, whenever you wish to use the pool area, please let me know some time in advance by contacting me at +34 669 334 266, and I will be available to unlock the door remotely at the appropriate time..

• Liability:
  The community and/or the property owner shall not be held liable for injuries in themselves resulting from improper use of the equipment and facilities or liability regarding injuries or damage against third parties if you loose or drop objects from this height.
  Each user is solely responsible for using the facilities and staying in this external area at the rooftop.

• Mandatory Rules:
  Appropriate swimwear is required to enter and remain in the pool area. Only swimsuits, a shirt or similar cover-up, and pool sandals may be worn. Street shoes are not permitted anywhere within the pool enclosure.
  For hygiene reasons, all bathers must use the showers before entering the pool. Anyone suffering from contagious waterborne or skin diseases is not permitted to enter the bathing area.

• Prohibited Uses:
  Use of the area for commercial purposes or professional consultations by guests is strictly forbidden.
  Pets are not allowed in the pool enclosure. Smoking and eating are prohibited both in the pool area and on the rooftop sun deck.
  It is prohibited to play any games on the pool edges, around the pool, or in the water that may disturb or endanger other residents. Likewise, air mattresses, inflatable rings, and similar floating devices must not be used if they inconvenience other residents or could create a safety hazard.

• Care and Responsibility:
  Equipment must be respected, used properly, and kept in good condition.
  Pool and sun deck users are exclusively responsible for any physical or material damage caused to third parties as a direct or indirect result of its use, thereby exonerating the property owner from any liability.
